Grievience Policy
All students at Pacific Flying School and those stakeholders involved in supporting tuition payments are given all necessary information regarding performance requirements , progress and channels to raise issues , grievances at all stages of training . This includes direct channels to teaching staff , instructors , management and representatives from the Regulatory body ( the Civil Aviation Authority of the Fiji Islands ) . Pacific Flying School has a stringent vetting process which is applied from the time prospective students complete their initial applications through to their acceptance into any of the courses we offer . This includes using standards and minimum requirements laid out by established organizations including Air Pacific in regards to our acceptance of any individual to commence Pilot Training at Pacific Flying School .
The reasoning behind this is an acknowledgement of the responsibility we have to each of our students and stakeholders . The real cost to Pacific Flying School ( and any organization providing Pilot Training Worldwide ) to provide the infrastructure needed for approved training is unavoidably high and these costs are reflected in the cost of training borne by each of the students at Pacific Flying School . On this basis , the Pacific Flying School recognizes it has social responsibilities when it comes to ensuring new students meet all the criteria needed to complete their training within a reasonable time frame and price . All fees paid by students to Pacific Flying School are fully refundable and are subject to change without notice . While we cannot guarantee every student that they will complete for mentioned training without interruption ( e.g. the need for remedial or additional training) , this organization works hard to minimize additional time and costs to students and stakeholders . This includes regular and detailed communication between teaching staff , representatives of the Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji and students as per individual progress and performance . In addition , we are mindful of the need for our students to leave Pacific Flying School with qualifications that are acceptable to industry hence enabling our graduates to find employment in a timely manner .
In the event that any student , stakeholder and staff member has any issues that they wish to raise with the Management of Pacific Flying School , they are welcome to contact the Accountable Manager or the Chief Flying Instructor at any time . All such matters are handled with discretion and the strictest confidence .
All Fees paid to the Pacific Flying School are fully refundable . All students may request a refund at anytime without question and this will be processed immediately by the Pacific Flying School Administration . Any specific queries relating to the processing of Refunds or any other matter regarding finance may be directed to Ms. Jacinta Beddoes at Pacific Flying School / Sunflower Aviation Ltd as follows :
